Shipping policy
Thanks for shopping with Bellis. Here's exactly what to expect once you place an order.
Where we ship
We deliver across all of Egypt — from Cairo and Alexandria to every governorate. Cash on delivery is available everywhere we ship.
Order processing
Orders are reviewed and prepared within 1–2 business days of being placed. You'll receive a confirmation by SMS or email once your order is on its way.
We don't process or ship on Fridays and public holidays.
Delivery times
Once shipped, expected delivery times are:
- Greater Cairo (Cairo, Giza, 6th of October, Sheikh Zayed, New Cairo): 1–3 business days
- Alexandria & Delta cities: 2–4 business days
- Other governorates: 3–7 business days
- Remote areas (Upper Egypt, Sinai, Red Sea, New Valley): 5–10 business days
Delivery times are estimates from our shipping partner and may vary during sale periods, public holidays, or weather disruptions.
Shipping cost
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address. Costs typically range from EGP 60 to EGP 150 depending on the governorate.
Free shipping
Orders over EGP 3,000 ship free anywhere in Egypt.
Cash on delivery (COD)
COD is our default payment method. You pay our courier in cash when your order is delivered. Try to have the exact amount ready — couriers often don't carry change.
Make sure the phone number on your order is reachable. Our courier will call before delivery; if they can't reach you after two attempts, the order is returned to us.
Tracking your order
You'll receive a tracking link by SMS once your order leaves our studio. If you don't get one within 3 business days of placing your order, check your spam folder or message us on Instagram @wearbellis.
Wrong address or contact details
Contact us at admin@wearbellis.com or DM @wearbellis within 24 hours of placing your order if you need to update the delivery address or any contact details. We can't change an order once it has been shipped.
Failed delivery
If our courier can't reach you after two delivery attempts, the order is returned to us. Refusing a COD order at delivery is treated like a return and may affect your eligibility for future COD orders.
