Ordering & payment
What payment methods do you accept?
Right now we accept Cash on Delivery (COD) — you pay our courier in cash when your order is delivered. We're working on adding card payment soon.
Is it safe to order with cash on delivery?
Yes. You only pay when your order arrives at your door. If something is wrong, you can refuse delivery and pay nothing.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Yes, but only before the order has been shipped. Email admin@wearbellis.com or DM @wearbellis within 24 hours of placing your order.
How do I know my order went through?
You'll get an order confirmation by email or SMS within a few minutes of checkout. If you don't see it, check your spam folder before re-ordering.
Shipping & delivery
Where do you ship?
We ship to every governorate in Egypt. International shipping isn't available yet.
How long will my order take?
- Greater Cairo: 1–3 business days
- Alexandria & Delta cities: 2–4 business days
- Other governorates: 3–7 business days
- Remote areas (Upper Egypt, Sinai, Red Sea, New Valley): 5–10 business days

How much is shipping?
Shipping is calculated at checkout, usually between EGP 50 and EGP 150 depending on your governorate. Orders over EGP 3,000 ship free anywhere in Egypt.
What if I'm not home when my order arrives?
Our courier will call you before delivery. If they can't reach you after two attempts, the order is returned to us. Please make sure the phone number on your order is reachable.
Returns & exchanges
What's your return policy?
You have 7 days from the day you receive your order to return unworn, unwashed items with tags still attached. Full details in our Return & Refund Policy.
How are refunds processed?
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, refunds are processed within 7–14 business days. Because most orders are paid cash on delivery, refunds are issued by bank transfer or as store credit — your choice when you start the return.
My order arrived damaged. What do I do?
Take photos right away and email admin@wearbellis.com within 48 hours of delivery. We'll arrange a free return pickup and either refund you in full or send a replacement — your call.
