Refund policy

We want you to love what you bought from Bellis. If something doesn't work out, here's how returns, exchanges, and refunds work.

Return window

You have 7 days from the day you receive your order to request a return.

Condition of returned items

Items must be returned:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • With all original tags attached
  • In their original packaging
  • Free of perfume, deodorant, makeup, or any stains

We reserve the right to decline a return that doesn't meet these conditions.

Items we can't accept back

For hygiene and product-protection reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Final Sale items (clearly marked at the time of purchase)
  • Pieces that have been worn, altered, or washed
  • Custom or made-to-order pieces

How to start a return

  1. Email admin@wearbellis.com or DM @wearbellis within 7 days of delivery.
  2. Tell us your order number, which item(s) you want to return, and why.
  3. We'll reply within 1 business day with the return address and next steps.

Return shipping

The cost of return shipping is paid by the customer, except in the cases listed under "Damaged, defective, or wrong items" below.

Exchanges

We're happy to exchange for a different size or color if it's available. Treat an exchange the same as a return — contact us first, send the original item back in its original condition, and we'll ship the replacement once the original is on its way to us.

How refunds are issued

Because most orders are paid cash on delivery, refunds are issued by one of:

  • Bank transfer to an account in your name (we'll ask for your bank details once the return is approved), or
  • Store credit as a unique code valid for 12 months on a future Bellis order

You can tell us which you prefer when you start the return.

Refund timing

Refunds are processed within 7–14 business days of us receiving and inspecting the returned item. Bank transfers may take a few additional days to appear in your account depending on your bank.

Damaged, defective, or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item:

  1. Take photos of the issue right away.
  2. Email admin@wearbellis.com within 48 hours of delivery.
  3. We'll arrange a free return pickup and either refund you in full or send a replacement — your choice.

This is the only case where we cover the cost of return shipping.

Sale items

Sale items can be returned within the same 7-day window unless they are marked Final Sale. Final Sale items can't be returned or exchanged for any reason other than a defect.

Refused or undelivered orders

If a COD order is refused at delivery or you're unreachable after two delivery attempts, the order is returned to us. Since no payment was made, no refund is issued. Repeated refusals may affect your eligibility for future COD orders.
